Is your company a potential BTC tenant? Tenants considering occupying office space in the Business Technology Center must have a business plan, either in progress or completed within last six months, and must meet the criteria set forth below.
  • A new start-up or small business whose success will contribute to the growth and diversity of Pueblo’s economic base.
  • A business with potential for job creation and technology development.
  • A business that identified and found a potentially viable market niche and assembled a strong management team.
  • A business that has or is working to complete a business plan to ensure long-term success.

Companies meeting these criteria and applying for available space are required to complete and submit a short application.
