Lobby Directory Listing:
A directory listing all BTC
tenants by company and suite number is prominently
displayed in the lobby foyer allowing clients quick
and easy location information.
Parking:
Limited parking directly behind the building is available to BTC tenants on a
first come/ first served basis. Arrangements for parking spaces in two City
owned lots located within short walking distance are also available to tenants.
City patrolled client parking is readily available on Main and Third Streets.
Utilities:
All utilities are provided to BTC tenants
at no additional monthly charge.
Janitorial Services:
Limited housekeeping functions
are provided to BTC tenants at no additional monthly
charges.
Copy Machine:
Billing for this service will be included in your monthly rental invoice.
Fax Machine:
The per month charge for sending and receiving faxes is $20.00, and will be
billed on your monthly rental invoice.
Conference and Training Rooms:
The
BTC maintains two conference/ training rooms located
on
the first and
third floors of the building. These rooms are fully
equipped with audiovisual equipment are offered to
BTC tenants at no cost. Scheduling for the two rooms
is on a first come/ first served basis and is handled
by the Tenant Service Coordinator.
Mail Processing:
Outgoing mail is processed on a daily basis and picked up by the US Postal Service.
Costs incurred from the outgoing mail will be billed and collected with the
monthly rent. Large items will be posted, however, remain the responsibility
of the tenant for delivery to the nearest post office. Incoming mail is delivered
twice daily and placed in the individual tenant mailboxes located in the lobby
area. In addition, both Federal Express and United Parcel Service maintain
pickup boxes located in the BTC lobby.
Library Access and Entrepreneurial Literature:
A
small periodical library is located on the first floor
and
access is made available to all BTC tenants.
Equipment:
A state-of-the-art computer, copier, and facsimile machine are located in the
central area of the lobby. All BTC tenants are encouraged to take advantage
and use the equipment. Charges for copies and fax will be applied and appear
on monthly invoices. There is no additional charge to BTC tenants for use of
the computer.
Security:
The Business Technology Center offers tenants a secured
environment maintaining an alarm system with 24 hour
monitoring. Security cameras are in place at each
entrance/exit and are in operation and monitored
24 hours each day. Tenants of the BTC receive keys
to allow full access to the building as well as their
individual offices. In addition, BTC tenants are
asked to comply with established security procedures
in an effort to insure the safety and well being
of all tenants.
The building is open each weekday from 8:00 AM to
5:00 PM. All entrance/exit doors remain locked during
the evening hours, 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as well as on
weekends and holidays. Tenants who schedule appointments
after hours or on the weekend, are asked to take the
responsibility of meeting and escorting people in,
and out, of the building to insure the integrity of
the established security procedures.
